As a result of the inspection, Hess was issued a Notice of Amendment\n(NOA) on January 27, 2014.\nOn April 11, 2014, Hess submitted a response to the NOA along with amended procedures. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA\nhave been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
