The incident occurred near Carmichael, Pennsylvania, on May 16, 2014 at 11:15 a.m., which\nresulted in property damage of $186,437.\nAs a result of the inspection, Spectra Energy was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 8, 2015, which\nproposed amendment of your procedures.\nSpectra Energy submitted amended procedures on August 31, 2015.\nMy staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of\nAmendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary, and this case is now closed.
