Dear Mr. Bruner:
From June 22 to June 26, 2015, inspectors from the New York State Department of Public Service
(NYSDPS), acting as agents for the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)
pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code conducted a record and field review of Iroquois Gas
Transmission (Iroquois) assets in the New York Overland Operating District.
As a result of the inspection, Iroquois was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 6, 2015, which
proposed amendment of your procedures.
Iroquois submitted amended procedures on August 18, 2015.
My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of
Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your
cooperation.
