As a result of the inspection, SEP was issued a Notice of Amendment\n(NOA) on August 31, 2015, which proposed amendment of its procedures.\nSEP submitted amended procedures on October 26, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedures,\nand it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary, and this case is now closed.
