As a result of the inspection,\nNuStar was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on July 24, 2015, which proposed\namendment of its procedures.\nNuStar submitted its amended procedures on September 22, 2015. PHMSA reviewed NuStar’s\namended procedures, and asked NuStar to further amend its procedures to fully address the\ninadequacies outlined in the NOA on November 20, 2015. On December 29, 2015, NuStar\nsubmitted a further amendment to its procedures.
