(NuStar) pipeline\nfacility at Linden, New Jersey. As a result of the inspection, NuStar was issued a Notice of\nAmendment (NOA) on August 31, 2015, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nNuStar submitted its amended procedures on October 28, 2015. PHMSA reviewed NuStar’s\namended procedures, and in a letter dated January 7, 2016, asked NuStar to further amend its\nprocedures to fully address the inadequacies outlined in the NOA. On February 5, 2016, NuStar\nsubmitted further amendments to its procedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures,\nand it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary, and this case is now closed.
