The Notice\nproposed that the City of Moss Point take certain corrective measures to address integrity risks\non its Moss Point and Escatawpa natural gas distribution systems.\nSubsequent to the Notice, an informal consultation was held in Moss Point on December 15,\n2010. As a result of that informal consultation, a Consent Agreement to address the pipeline\nsafety concerns in the Notice was agreed to and signed by the City of Moss Point and the\nMississippi Public Service Commission (MPSC).\nSince the City of Moss Point will complete the work required to address the integrity threats and\nbring these pipeline systems into compliance there is no need to take further action in this matter.\nAccordingly, this case is now closed.\nThank you for your cooperation in this matter.\nSincerely,\nJeffrey D.
