It cited TGT under\n§192.163 for failing to have at least two gates in a fence surrounding the station.\nOn August 18, 2015, TGT responded to the NOPV in an email that included an overhead\nphotograph of the Guthrie Compressor Station showing that there were at least two gates in\nthe surrounding fence. While it unclear to me why TGT and the OPS inspector did not resolve\nthis issue during the inspection, it is also clear there was not a probable violation of the code.\nAccordingly, the PHMSA Southern Region withdraws the NOPV and this case is now closed.\nSincerely,\nWayne T.
