As a result of the inspection, Murphy Oil was issued a Notice of\nAmendment on October 31, 2005 (CPF 3-2005-5042M), which proposed amendment of the\nIMP procedures.\nSubsequent to issuance of CPF 3-2005-5042, PHMSA Central Region conducted another\ninspection of Murphy Oil’s IMP on April 4 to 5, 2011. The Murphy Oil pipeline assets in\nSuperior, Wisconsin have been purchased by Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP who is\nnow responsible for compliance.
