As a result of the inspection, Americas Propane, L.P. (Amerigas) was issued a\nNotice of Amendment on February 27, 2006, which proposed amendment of your operator\nqualification procedures.\nAmerigas submitted its first amended procedures on April 20, 2006, and final plan on\nSeptember 30, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the\ninadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
