As a result of the inspection, Duluth was issued a Notice of Amendment on\nJanuary 27, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nDuluth submitted its amended procedures on August 8, 2011 and additional changes on\nNovember 8, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the\ninadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
