As a result of\nthe inspection, NNG was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 22, 2009, which\nproposed amendment of your procedures.\nNNG responded on May 22, 2009, with a description of the revisions made to its\nprocedures as a result of the inspection and then submitted its procedures on December 31,\n2009.
