As a result of the inspection, GPNG was issued a Notice of Amendment on April\n22, 2009, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nGPNG submitted its proposed revisions on May 28, 2009, and its amended procedures on\nMarch 19, 2010. One additional amended procedure was re-submitted on July 12, 2010. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
