This Order included a requirement to take\ncorrective actions on your 200 Line pipeline, and on June 30, 2015, you provided a Final Report\nof the completed actions.\nOn April 16, 2015, PHMSA issued a Consent Order, CPF 3-2014-1008S that includes corrective\nmeasures for the Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line system. Therefore, future corrective measures\napplicable to your 200 Line pipeline will be performed per the terms of the Consent Order.\nAccordingly, CPF 3-2009-1009H is now closed and no further action is contemplated with\nrespect to the matters involved in this case.
