As a result\nof the inspection, TEPPCO was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 24, 2009, which\nproposed amendment of your procedures.\nTE Products Pipeline Company, LLC submitted its amended procedures on October 22, 2009.\nUpon further communication from PHMSA, TEPPCO submitted amended procedures,\n“Miscellaneous Operating Procedures, Section 1305”, on March 17, 2011. My staff reviewed\nthese latest amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of\nAmendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
