As a result of the inspection, Quest Pipeline\nwas issued a Notice of Amendment on July 23, 2010, which proposed amendment of your\nprocedures.\nQuest submitted its amended procedures on October 19, 2010, January 5, 2011 and PostRock\nPipeline submitted an additional procedure on April 13, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended\nprocedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been\ncorrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
