This review also applied to the station facilities that Flint Hills Resources operates. As a\nresult of the inspection, Koch Pipeline Company L.P. was issued a Notice of Amendment on\nNovember 8, 2010, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nKoch Pipeline Company, L.P. submitted its amended procedures on February 8, 2011. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
