Dear Mr. Ries:
On October 4-8, 25-29, 2010 and November 1-4, 2010, representatives of the Pipeline and
Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United
States Code inspected the operation and maintenance procedures for MoGas Pipeline LLC
(MoGas) at your offices in St. Peters, MO. As a result of the inspection, MoGas Pipeline LLC
was issued a Notice of Amendment on June 9, 2011, which proposed amendment of your
procedures.
MoGas Pipeline LLC submitted its amended procedures on October 31, 2011. My staff
reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice
of Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank
you for your cooperation.
