As a result of the inspection,\nSouthern Star Central Gas Pipeline was issued a Notice of Amendment on October 21, 2011,\nwhich proposed amendment of your procedures.\nSouthern Star Central Gas Pipeline submitted its amended procedures and supplemental\ninformation on November 21, 2011, December 28, 2011, and February 14, 2013.
