(Vector) at your offices in Griffith, IN. As a result of the inspection,\nVector Pipeline L.P. was issued a Notice of Amendment on March 21, 2012, which proposed\namendment of the procedures.\nVector Pipeline LP submitted its amended procedures on June 22, 2012, and again on October\n23, 2012 and November 1, 2012.
