(Williston Basin, Cascade Natural Gas and Montana-Dakota\nUtilities Co.) control room management procedures in Bismarck, North Dakota. As a result of\nthe inspection, Montana-Dakota Utilities (MDU) was issued a Notice of Amendment on\nNovember 28, 2012, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nMDU submitted its amended procedures on March 29, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended\nprocedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have\nbeen corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
