Dunn, Jr.\nPresident and Chief Executive Officer\nSuburban Propane, L.P.\n240 Route 10 West\nWhippany, New Jersey 07981\nRe: CPF 3-2013-0004M\nDear Mr. Dunn:\nOn June 26, 2013, the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)\nissued to Tru-Gas, Inc. a Notice of Amendment (NOA) in the above-referenced case. This\nNOA included a notice to change the procedures as they pertain to the Wisconsin propane\ndistribution pipeline systems.\nAt the time the inspection was conducted, PHMSA was made aware that Tru-Gas had been\nrecently purchased by Suburban Propane, L.P., but was not yet operating under Suburban\nPropane’s procedural manual. During the time following the inspection, it is our\nunderstanding that the name of Tru-Gas was changed to Suburban Propane, L.P. and all of\nthe Wisconsin systems are now operated per the new procedural manual.\nAccordingly, this case is now closed and no further action is contemplated with respect to\nthe matters involved in this case. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.\nSincerely,\nLinda Daugherty\nDirector, Central Region\nPipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration","truncated":false,"body_characters":2248}
