As a result of the inspection, Energy\nTransfer Partners, LLC was issued a Notice of Amendment on July 1, 2013, which\nproposed amendment of your procedures.\nEnergy Transfer Partners, LLC submitted its proposed revisions and its amended\nprocedures on July 31, 2013.
