As a result of the inspection, KMLT was issued a Notice of\nAmendment on January 25, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nKMLT submitted its amended procedures to the Asset Integrity Plan on January 30, 2013 in\nits initial response. KMLT provided two additional responses with updates on February 13th\nand July 11th\n.
