As a result of the inspection, Rose Rock\nMidstream, LP was issued a Notice of Amendment on September 16, 2013, which proposed\namendment of your procedures.\nRose Rock Midstream, LP, submitted its proposed revisions and its amended procedures on\nOctober 21, 2013.
