On October 28th – November 1, 2013, representatives of the Central Region office of the
Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of
49 United States Code inspected the operation and maintenance procedures for Crestwood
Dakota Pipeline LLC at your offices in Epping, ND.
On December 22, 2014, February 9, 2015, and May 13, 2015, we received your revised
procedures in response to the Notice of Amendment sent to you on September 26, 2014. The
amended Procedures have been reviewed and are acceptable.
This letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and that this case is being
closed. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
