Dunng April 9-13, 2007, Apnl 23-27, 2007, and May 7, 2007 representatives of the Pipeline and
Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United
States Code inspected Mustang Pipe Line LLC (Mustang) procedures for Hazardous Liquid
Integnty Management in Houston, TX
As a result of the inspection, Mustang was issued a Notice of Amendment on August 2, 2007.
Mustang submitted its amended procedures on October 31, 2007 My staff reviewed the
amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of
Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank
you for your cooperation.
