(Bushland), resulting in an explosion, fire, personal injuries and\nproperty damage. As a result of the incident the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials\nAdministration (PHMSA) issued a Corrective Action Order (CAO), 4-2009-1021H, dated\nNovember 10, 2009, requiring El Paso to take corrective actions with respect to its Line 1102\nnatural gas pipeline system.\nThe cause remains unknown after extensive testing of the failed section of pipe and conditions\nleading up to the failure.
