L. C.’s (Enbridge) Cushing Terminal facility in Cushing, OK,\npursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code. As a result of the inspection, Enbridge was\nissued a Notice of Amendment on March 8, 2010. This Notice proposed amendment of your\nprocedures to assure safe operation of your pipeline facility.\nEnbridge submitted its amended procedures on September 7, 2010, and additional amendments\nand clarifications on November 24, 2010. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it\nappears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
