As a result of\nthe accident the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration (PHMSA) issued a\nCorrective Action Order (CAO), 4-2010-5017H, dated November 23, 2010, requiring\nShell to take corrective actions with respect to its pipeline system.\nShell performed all actions as required by this Order. PHMSA monitored Shell’s actions\nto determine that Shell has substantially completed the requirements of the CAO.\nConsequently, PHMSA has closed the CAO, CPF 4-2010-5017H.\nSincerely,\nR. M.
