As a result of the inspection, EMPCo was issued a Notice of\nAmendment on November 30, 2010. This Notice proposed amendment of your procedures to\nassure safe operation of your pipeline facilities.\nEMPCo submitted its amended procedures on February 8, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended\nprocedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been\ncorrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
