As a result of the inspection, Centurion was issued a Notice of Amendment on\nAugust 17, 2011. This Notice proposed amendment of your procedures to assure safe operation\nof your pipeline facilities.\nCenturion initially submitted its amended procedures on October 20, 2011. PHMSA requested\nadditional revisions and Centurion resubmitted revised procedures at a meeting with PHMSA on\nDecember 8, 2011. My staff has reviewed the amended procedures, and the inadequacies\noutlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
