(Sunoco) a Notice of Amendment in the above-referenced case. In a\nletter response dated April 26, 2012, Sunoco accepted PHMSA’s findings and agreed to amend\nboth its DOT maintenance Manual Section 195.204, as well as its Inspector’s manual in\naccordance with the findings.\nSubsequently, on December 20, 2012, Sunoco submitted a revised and amended DOT\nMaintenance Manual Section 195.204 and newly revised draft Inspector’s Manual. Based on our\nreview of the documentation, it has been determined that Sunoco has amended its procedures\nsufficiently.\nAccordingly, this case is now closed.
