As a result of the inspection,\nKMCO2 was issued a Notice of Amendment on June 26, 2012, which proposed amendment of\nyour procedures. On July 10, 2012, PHMSA received a response in which KMCO2 did not\ncontest the findings but requested a time extension until September 21, 2012. PHMSA granted\nthis time extension request on August 10, 2012.\nThe KMCO2 amended procedures were received on September 20, 2012. My staff reviewed the\namended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment\nhave been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
