On June 13, 2012, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration
(PHMSA), pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code reviewed Enterprise’s procedures as part of
a review associated with compliance requirements for Safety Order CPF-4-2001-5015S. As a result of
the review, Enterprise was issued a Notice of Amendment on June 27, 2012.
Enterprise submitted its final amended procedure on December 3, 2012. My staff reviewed the
amended procedure, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment
have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank
you for your cooperation.
