On September 2011 through January 2012, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous
Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code
inspected ONEOK Partners, L.P. (ONEOK) Operations and Maintenance Plan procedures in
Tulsa and Medford, OK. As a result of the inspection, ONEOK was issued a Notice of
Amendment on September 11, 2012, which proposed amendments to your procedures.
ONEOK submitted its amended procedures on November 16, 2012. My staff reviewed the
amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment
have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank
you for your cooperation.
