(GTS) procedures for operations, maintenance, public awareness and\ndamage prevention in Beaumont, TX. As a result of the review, GTS was issued a Notice of\nAmendment on April 16, 2013.\nGTS submitted its amended procedures and included an attachment of their parent company\n“AGL Resources” (AGL) Pipeline Public Awareness Plan (PPAP) on May 16, 2013. My staff\nreviewed the amended procedures and the included AGL’s PPAP, and it appears that the\ninadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
