Dear Mr. Hurlburt:
During the months of April through August 2012, representatives of the Pipeline and Hazardous
Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) inspected Enterprise Products Operating, LLC
(Enterprise) Procedures, Records, and Pipeline Facilities in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas
Operating areas pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code.
As a result of these inspections, a Notice of Amendment, CPF 4-2013-5012M, was issued on
May 1, 2013 to Enterprise Products Operating, LLC (Enterprise). On May 30, 2013, Enterprise
Products Operating, LLC (Enterprise) responded to the NOA.
Based upon review of the response letter and a subsequent meeting held on January 23, 2014, it
appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you
for your cooperation.
