Enable was formerly known as\nCenterpoint Energy Gas Transmission Co. and Mississippi River Transmission Co. As a result of\nthe inspection, Enable was issued a Notice of Probable Violation with Proposed Compliance\nOrder on April 1, 2014. On April 30, 2014, Enable requested a 30-day time extension to June 1,\n2014 for responding to the Notice. At that time, Enable informed PHMSA they were contesting\nItem 1, but were not requesting an oral hearing. PHMSA granted the extension on May 6, 2014.\nOn June 2, 2014, PHMSA received the Enable response to case CPF 4-2014-1004.\nPHMSA has reviewed the response with attachments and has decided to withdraw Item 1 and the\nCompliance Order from the case.
