Enable was formerly known as\nCenterpoint Energy Gas Transmission Co. and Mississippi River Transmission Co. As a result of\nthe inspection, Enable was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 1, 2014.\nEnable submitted the requested procedural modifications on May 15, 2014. My staff reviewed\nthe amended procedures, and requested additional changes on May 20th\n. The additional changes\nwere received in our office on May 27, 2014. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it\nappears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
