As a result of the inspection, NGPL was issued a Notice\nof Amendment on December 3, 2014, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nNGPL submitted the requested procedural modification on January 2, 2015. The submittal was\nreceived in my office on January 7, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedure, and the\ninadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
