As a\nresult of the inspection, Magellan was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 16, 2014,\nwhich proposed amendment of your procedures.\nMagellan submitted the requested procedural modification on February 2, 2015. The submittal\nwas received in my office on February 5, 2015.
