Dear Mr. Pearson:
On September 24, 2015, Magellan Pipeline Company, LP, (Magellan) was issued a Notice of Probable
Violation and Proposed Compliance Order letter for the case number referenced above. This Notice cited
Magellan for a violation of 49 CFR 195.264(b) (Item 2) and included a Warning Item based on 49 CFR
195.64 (Item 1).
The Region is withdrawing Item 2 of the Notice as well as the Proposed Compliance Order. The Warning
Item remains on record as issued.
This letter is to inform you that PHMSA hereby withdraws Item 2 and the associated Proposed Compliance
Order and that the case is now closed.
