(Respondent). The Notice proposed finding\nthat Respondent had violated the pipeline safety regulations in 49 C.F.R. Parts 191 and 192 and\nproposed a civil penalty of $123,300. Respondent did not contest the allegations of violation and\npaid the proposed civil penalty on July 1, 2020. In accordance with § 190.208(a)(1), such payment\nauthorizes the entry of this final order.\nBased upon a review of all of the evidence, pursuant to § 190.213, I find Respondent violated the\npipeline safety regulations listed below, as more fully described in the enclosed Notice, which is\nincorporated by reference:\n49 C.F.R. § 191.25(a) (Item 1) ─ Respondent failed to file safety-related condition\nreports for safety-related conditions that occurred on its Line 2080 between August\n29, 2015 and March 17, 2019; and\n49 C.F.R. § 192.619(a) (Item 2) ─ Respondent operated its Line 2080 at a pressure\nthat exceeded the maximum allowable operating pressure established in accordance\nwith § 192.619.\nThese findings of violation will be considered prior offenses in any subsequent enforcement action\ntaken against Respondent. In accordance with 49 C.F.R. § 190.223, Respondent is assessed the\nproposed civil penalty amount of $123,300, which Respondent has already paid in full.\nThe terms and conditions of this order are effective upon service in accordance with 49 C.F.R.\n§ 190.5.\nJuly 27, 2020\n___________________________________ _________________________\nAlan K.
