As a result of the inspection, Kern River Gas Transmission Company was\nissued a Notice of Amendment on May 5, 2011, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nThis notice was rescinded, and a revised Notice of Amendment was issued on May 9, 2011.\nKern River Gas Transmission Company submitted its amended procedures on July 29, 2011. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
