The CAO required TransCanada\nNorthern Border, Inc., to take immediate corrective actions with respect to its gas transmission\npipeline known as the Bison Pipeline which experienced a failure on July 20, 2011. After review of\nthe records and the work performed on these pipeline systems, the Director of the Western Region,\nPHMSA, has determined that TransCanada Northern Border, Inc. has satisfactorily complied with the\nterms of that CAO.
