As a result of the inspection,\nOP Reno, LLC was issued a Notice of Amendment on CPF 5-2011-6004M, which proposed\namendment of your procedures.\nOP Reno responded with their O&M manual dated December 2, 2011. After further discussion and\nmodifications, OP Reno LLC resubmitted their O&M manual on March 1, 2013.\nMy staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
