As a result of the inspection, the City of\nGlendale Water & Power was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 10, 2012, which proposed\namendment of your procedures.\nThe City of Glendale Water & Power submitted its amended procedures on April 24, 2012. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
