As a result of the inspection, Chevron\nPipeline Company was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on May 22, 2012.\nChevron Pipeline Company submitted its amended procedures on August 27, 2012. My staff\nreviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of\nAmendment have been corrected.\nAccordingly, this case is now closed and no further action is contemplated with respect to the\nmatters involved in this case.
