Dear Mr. Rose:
On May 22, 2024 the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office
of Pipeline Safety (OPS), issued via letter to Idaho Pipeline Corporation (IDPC) a Notice of
Probable Violation, Proposed Civil Penalty and Proposed Compliance Order (Notice) for the
case number referenced above.
This letter is to inform you that PHMSA hereby withdraws the Notice without prejudice and that
the case is now closed.
PHMSA reserves the right to revisit the issues outlined in the Notice during future inspections.
